Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
