1. Processing Timelines

All orders are systematically verified, packed, and handed over to our trusted logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be queued for processing on the next working business day.

2. Shipping Times & Estimated Delivery
We ship across India using reliable courier networks. Estimated transit times from dispatch are as follows:

Assam & Northeast Region: 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 8 business days.
Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by courier networks. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to local transit factors, extreme weather conditions, or regional logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping is applicable on all domestic orders across India with a total cart value above ₹499.
For orders with total values lower than ₹499, a flat nominal shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed during your checkout process.

4. Order Tracking Protocols

The moment your package leaves our facility, tracking identifiers are generated.
Customers will instantly receive tracking links and status updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or their registered email to monitor the shipment in real-time.

5. Secure Packaging Standard

In strict accordance with food safety standards, all spice and herbal powder pouch units are placed inside sturdy, tamper-evident external corrugated transit boxes. This ensures your products remain structurally sound, dry, and protected from environmental factors during transit.

6. Verification Upon Receipt

We highly recommend that customers verify the integrity of the external courier packaging at the time of delivery. If the outer shipping box appears severely torn, crushed, or tampered with, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.
