Cancellation and Refund Policy

At LAA Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when an order can be cancelled, the conditions under which refunds may be issued, and how to contact us if you need assistance with your purchase.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Customers may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been handed over to our logistics partner. To request a cancellation, please call or email us immediately with your Order ID.
After Dispatch: Once an order is securely packed and dispatched from our facility, it enters transit and cannot be cancelled or recalled.
2. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full transaction amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI wallet).
Refunds generally reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution’s processing cycles.
3. Food Safety, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to strict hygiene, food safety, and contamination guidelines governing perishable agricultural commodities, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unsealed products.
We do not offer returns based on personal subjective preferences regarding the natural variations in flavor, color, or aroma of our raw spices.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
We take immense care in our packaging quality. However, if you receive a damaged, punctured package, or an incorrect item, we will happily resolve the issue.
The Process: Please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs or a short video showing the outer courier box, the shipping label, and the condition of the damaged internal pouch.
Upon verifying the documentation, we will arrange for a free replacement delivery or initiate a partial/full refund as applicable.
